Senior Business Programs Manager - Commercial Operations Program Management

Manage and execute key strategic initiatives and programs for the Commercial Operations team with a focus on driving business impact and operational excellence. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement programs to drive efficiencies, capabilities, and transformation. Develop and execute program plans, goals, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery and business impact. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and execute on high-impact initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and other optimization efforts to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help inform decision-making.
