About the Team

Marketing Data Engineering delivers the tools, integrations, and insights that power our marketing strategy through AI, machine learning, data governance, discovery, and self-service capabilities.
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Product Manager to lead our Marketing Business Performance domain. This role is essential in defining revenue KPIs, guiding capital allocation decisions, and democratizing marketing metrics across the enterprise.
In this role, you will
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commerce, Finance, Brand Operations, Analytics, and Governance to deeply understand their needs and shape the data strategy, priorities, and roadmap for your domain
Collaborate across Product, Program, Engineering, and Leadership teams, making transparent decisions while balancing diverse and sometimes competing priorities
Partner closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions
Write clear and compelling product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, hypotheses, and success metrics for new features or product enhancements
Champion your products—you care deeply, advocate effectively, and believe passionately in their value
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to continually enhance your data products
