Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting retail stores within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with store managers, and securing orders for our client's products. You will work closely with our Head Office team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:- Visiting retail stores within an assigned territory to promote our client's products and secure orders- Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers- Accurately recording store visit data and order details in our CRM system- Providing feedback and insights to the Head Office team to support product development and marketing strategies- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures while representing the company professionally at all times. The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in a field sales or retail merchandising role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organisational and time management abilities- A driver's licence and access to a vehicle- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
