Job Description: Expatriate -HR Manager & Workforce Management
Industry: Plastic Packaging / Manufacturing (PET Preforms & HDPE Closures)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for local and expatriate employees at a manufacturing facility. The role covers expatriate documentation, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and workforce compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate expatriate documentation, work authorizations, CERPAC applications, renewals, and travel arrangements.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee exits.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, increment and bonus reviews, ensuring all changes receive management approval.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and engagement activities.
• Support factory workforce planning, shift staffing, attendance, and employee discipline.
• Coordinate training, probation reviews, and confirmation of employment.
• Monitor compliance with applicable Nigerian employment and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, vacancies, turnover, attendance, appraisals, and expatriate documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records, salaries, and other sensitive information.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Practical experience coordinating expatriate administration and Nigerian immigration processes; CERPAC knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and workforce planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
