Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced finance leader to build and grow our advisory practice in Nigeria. This role is ideal for an expat professional with strong consulting, financial management, and client relationship skills who thrives in dynamic, emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, driving performance and professional growth
- Manage client portfolios, delivering tailored financial advisory solutions with measurable impact
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth, market expansion, and client acquisition
- Provide expertise across financial planning, investment advisory, risk management, and tax optimization
- Streamline operations by designing SOPs, reengineering processes, and implementing cost‑saving strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring compliance, governance, and sustainable profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial consulting/advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering business growth
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; experience in audit/tax advisory is a plus
