Job Title: Expat- CFO / General Manager– Food & Beverages
Location: Nigeria
Role Summary
The CFO / GM will lead financial management and country operations for the Nigeria Food & Beverages business, ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, efficient manufacturing, and alignment with group strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and working capital.
• Drive cost control, product margins, pricing, and profitability in FMCG manufacturing.
• Oversee manufacturing economics: yields, wastage, inventory, conversion costs.
• Manage banking, FX exposure, funding, and repatriation.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, FIRS, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.
• Act as Country Head, overseeing operations, local teams, and key stakeholders.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, audits, and risk management.
• Liaise between Nigeria operations and India HQ.
Key Requirements
• CA / CPA / CFA; MBA (preferred).
• 10–25 years’ experience in Food & Beverages / FMCG manufacturing.
• Prior role as CFO, Finance Director, or Country Head.
• Strong exposure to emerging markets; Africa/Nigeria experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing finance, supply chain, taxation, and FX.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and hands on execution capability.
