At vEngage AI, we are building AI-powered healthcare solutions that help hospitals improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, and outcomes. We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who can bridge technology, customers, and growth.
🔶 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demos, solution presentations, and technical walkthroughs to clients.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with customers to drive adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams for successful implementations.
- Support pre-sales engagements, solution workshops, and leadership discussions.
- Manage client queries, escalations, renewals, and commercial proposals.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline and deal tracking in Zoho CRM.
- Provide structured customer insights to improve product and customer experience.
🔶 What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
- Experience with B2B solution selling and product demonstrations.
- Exposure to Healthcare / Health-Tech / SaaS / AI platforms (preferred).
- Support pre-sales engagements, solution workshops, and leadership discussions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive customer expansion and adoption.
