ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Expansion Manager, you will own the aggressive growth of GYNOCCI’s clinic. This role focuses on finding, negotiating, and closing high-impact clinics while ensuring seamless clinic launches and strong operational oversight across all locations. You will be responsible for taking GYNOCCI from a growing brand to a scaled, high-performing retail network.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Retail Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and close high-potential retail spaces across malls and high streets. Build a strong pipeline and drive store signings end-to-end.
- Deal Making & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers. Secure commercially strong deals aligned with business goals.
- Clinic Launch Execution: Own store rollouts from zero to launch — timelines, coordination, and execution. Ensure stores go live on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage contractors, designers, and external partners for store setup and execution.
- Project Management: Handle multiple clinic launches simultaneously. Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure fast execution.
- Retail Operations Oversight: Monitor performance across all stores — sales, footfall, and efficiency. Identify gaps and drive improvements without needing daily on-ground presence.
- Process & SOP Building: Create scalable systems and processes to ensure consistent retail operations as we grow.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to align retail expansion with overall business goals.
- Problem Solving: Tackle delays, negotiations, and execution challenges with speed, ownership, and a solution-first mindset.
