Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Expansion Executive based in Gurugram. The Expansion Executive will lead strategic growth initiatives, identify and evaluate new market opportunities, and execute measures to expand the organization’s footprint. The role involves conducting market research, developing partnerships, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effective implementation of expansion strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and achieve business goals will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Relationship Management skills, including experience in building and managing partnerships
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and assess their feasibility
- Project Management and Strategic Planning capabilities to execute expansion initiatives
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills to navigate dynamic business environments
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as CRM software and data analysis platforms
- Experience in fast-paced and growth-oriented industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees would be a plus
- Passion for driving expansion and achieving measurable business outcomes
