Agent Operations Specialist - Colombia (Remote from Colombia) Remote, Bogota, Colombia As an Agent Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and exceptional customer service to our real estate agents in Colombia. This role requires a dedicated and organized individual who can effectively manage agent inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a seamless agent experience. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to agent inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing efficient solutions and support - Process agent transactions, including commissions, transfers, and other administrative tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agent needs are met - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the agent experience - Contribute to the overall success of the Colombian operations team Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 2+ years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in a real estate or technology environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Spanish and English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with real estate operations or technology a plus
