About the role

The Technical Program Management Intern will support the Program Management team in various technical projects. This role involves assisting with project planning, documentation, communication, and data gathering. The intern will work alongside technical teams and stakeholders to gain practical experience in project delivery and support. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining technical project plans. Support the management of project timelines and resources. Help monitor project progress and report on potential risks. Assist in preparing and distributing project updates to stakeholders. Provide support to project teams by gathering information and documenting issues. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues under supervision. Support vendor communication and coordination. Assist in conducting project post-mortems and documenting lessons learned. Collaborate with teams to gather information and ensure compliance. Support key account interactions by assisting with project delivery updates. Assist in interfacing with internal Tech, Supply, and Operations teams to gather information. Help prepare Statements of Work (SOW's), architecture diagrams, and project plans. Assist in tracking project deadlines, milestones, and activities. Help resolve/escalate project issues with guidance. Assist in tracking customer-related metrics like CSAT and NPS. Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest in technical program management. Basic understanding of program management concepts. Willingness to learn about APIs and technical products. Basic proficiency with project management tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to or basic understanding of APIs and technical products. Some experience or familiarity with project management methodologies. Familiarity with IT or technical support environments. Basic proficiency in Google Suite.
