About the role

ECC- People and Operations Manager Salary: Grade I (£44,711 - £47,754 Full Time Salary Range) Hours: Full time (Typically 8.00am – 4.00pm, with one later finish per week) Exact working pattern negotiable with the successful candidate (including consideration of 'All Year Round' or 'Term Time + 3 additional weeks') Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role. Our People and Operations role is an exciting new opportunity to oversee the business and operations teams across our school and help our school build and maintain excellent relationships with all our stakeholders.
