ECC- People and Operations Manager Salary: Grade I (£44,711 - £47,754 Full Time Salary Range) Hours: Full time (Typically 8.00am – 4.00pm, with one later finish per week) Exact working pattern negotiable with the successful candidate (including consideration of 'All Year Round' or 'Term Time + 3 additional weeks') Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role.
