Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing discussions, pre-sale negotiations, and ensure seamless execution post project confirmation.
- Maintain and update project trackers regularly to ensure real-time visibility of progress and status.
- Support account managers and sales teams by providing inputs on pricing, timelines, and project-related details.
- Assist in creating pitch presentations and conduct research as required to support business proposals.
- Visit vendors, project sites, or event locations during execution to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success as required.
- Any other relevant task as and when assigned.
General Skills:
- Should be comfortable in using Canva.
- Strong understanding of brand activations, events, on-ground marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and influencers.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
