Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced credit risk modeling professional to support regulatory model monitoring, validation, implementation, and maintenance activities. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and an understanding of model risk governance practices. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and validate credit risk or machine learning models (first or second line). Conduct performance testing, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis. Partner with model governance and validation teams for reviews and documentation. Prepare high-quality documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards. Manage project deliverables and support junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in model validation, monitoring, or implementation within the risk domain. Strong hands-on skills in Python and/or SQL. Good understanding of ML models, particularly in BFSI or Fraud Analytics. Familiarity with R or other analytical tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
