We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in our core capability areas, including but not limited to Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI hiring. This role requires exceptional hands-on sourcing capabilities, a passion for non-traditional and alternate sourcing channels, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle hiring within large system integrators or global services organizations and brings a consultative, data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and high-impact roles across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud & Digital technologies
- Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies, anticipating future skill demands and business growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies
- Advanced Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Demonstrate mastery in alternate sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn, including:
- GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Reddit, Discord, Slack communities
Open-source communities, tech blogs, meetups, hackathons, and referrals
Boolean search expertise across search engines and niche platforms
- Build strong passive candidate pipelines for critical and recurring capabilities
- Leverage data, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions
- Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and business heads to drive clarity on role requirements, team needs, and success profiles
- Drive high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Manage expectations, timelines, and communication with complete transparency and professionalism
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in ATS and TA dashboards
- Drive hiring velocity, quality, and diversity outcomes
- Contribute to hiring process improvements, interview calibration, and TA best practices

Qualifications
- 6+ years of total recruiting experience, predominantly in full-time hiring
- Strong experience hiring for:
- Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Applied Scientists
Cloud Data & Platform roles
- Proven background in large system integrators / global IT or analytics services firms (strong advantage)
- Demonstrated success in deep technical sourcing beyond traditional platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of candidate assessment, compensation alignment, and closing strategies
