Key Responsibilities
- Export Documentation & EXIM Operations
- Preparation and verification of commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents
- Coordination with customs, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and overseas clients
- Handling DGFT, ICEGATE portal operations and shipping bill closure
- Monitoring export proceeds realization timelines
- Accounts & Tally ERP Operations
- Export & import accounting in Tally ERP
- Ledger maintenance, accounts receivable & payable, and bank reconciliation
- Preparation of MIS reports, shipment-wise profitability, costing analysis
- Support for statutory audit, internal audit, and GST audit, banking & forex operations
- Handling BRC, FIRC, EDPMS/IDPMS reporting
- Managing letters of credit (LC), export remittances, foreign inward remittance
- Coordination with banks for forex transactions and payment follow-ups
- Monitoring foreign exchange exposure
- Compliance & Advisory
- Compliance with GST on exports (zero-rated supply), FEMA, RBI, DGFT, EXIM Policy
- Assistance in LUT/bond filing
- Documentation for export incentives
- Support to management in tender pricing, cost analysis, and financial feasibility
