Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Exhibition Sales professional to generate revenue by selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and branding opportunities to exhibitors. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals for exhibitions and trade shows.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Drive new business acquisition in Exhibitions & Event Solutions.
· Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals & networking
· Close high-value B2B deals independently.
· Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly & quarterly targets.
· Build multi-level relationships (Marketing Heads, Procurement, CXOs).
· Convert client briefs into high-value proposals.
· Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities across accounts.
· Turn one-time clients into long-term partners.
· Deliver powerful presentations (PPT proficiency mandatory).
· Develop value-based pricing strategies.
· Negotiate commercials confidently while protecting margins.
· Create demand instead of waiting for inquiries.
· Work closely with design & production teams to ensure execution excellence.
· Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery.
· Support project execution when required.
· Maintain CRM discipline.
· Submit accurate forecasts.
· Take full ownership of numbers.
Key Skills:
· 3–5 years of proven experience in Exhibition Sales, Event Sales, or B2B Solution Selling.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
· Strong existing industry network and active client relationships.
· Demonstrated track record of consistently closing high-value deals and exceeding targets.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate, protect margins, and structure
profitable deals.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to build, scale, and own revenue.
· High-energy, self-driven, and performance-oriented personality.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with
accountability for numbers.
· Long-term commitment mindset with the ambition to grow into leadership roles.
