About Mesh Exhibitions
Mesh Exhibitions is a fast-growing lifestyle exhibition company creating premium shopping and business events across multiple cities. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional who can take complete ownership of exhibition operations and help us scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute exhibitions from concept to completion.
* Coordinate with venues, exhibitors, fabricators, vendors, sponsors, and service providers.
* Create and manage detailed event timelines and execution plans.
* Lead on-ground operations during exhibitions and resolve issues efficiently.
* Manage stall layouts, fabrication schedules, logistics, registrations, security, housekeeping, power, internet, and other operational requirements.
* Monitor budgets, vendor payments, and operational expenses.
* Build SOPs and improve operational efficiency for future exhibitions.
* Lead and manage event staff, volunteers, and external agencies.
Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in exhibitions, trade shows, B2B expos, or large corporate events.
* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project planning tools.
* Willingness to travel for exhibitions.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in exhibition companies, trade fairs, lifestyle exhibitions, experiential marketing agencies, or large corporate events will be preferred.
