Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exhibition Operations Lead, based in Mumbai. The Exhibition Operations Lead will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of exhibitions and events. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing event budgets, designing event layouts, ensuring adherence to timelines, and troubleshooting logistics issues to deliver high-quality events. The role also requires collaboration with multiple teams for smooth execution and delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

• Exhibition Planning, Operations Management, and Strategic Coordination skills
• Vendor Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation expertise
• Effective Communication and Team Collaboration abilities
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills in high-pressure scenarios
• Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools
• Experience in managing exhibitions or large-scale events preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering efficient results
