🌿 CEO / Operations Director — Jaipur
We are looking for a CEO / Operations Director to lead and elevate our production unit in Jaipur.
This is not just a management role.
This is a position of responsibility, leadership, and presence — holding the full operation with clarity, structure, and care.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production unit, ensuring excellence across operations, people, quality, and culture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all daily operations of the production unit
- Manage and align production, HR, quality control, and facility teams
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and structured workflows across departments
- Build and maintain a high-performance, respectful, and clean working environment
- Take full ownership of timelines, delivery, and production standards
- Work closely with international standards and expectations
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in the garment industry
- 5–10 years working with high-end export garments
- 3–5 years working with North American or Northern European companies
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations (100+ team members)
- Strong leadership and organizational ability
- Fluent in English and Hindi
