Job Description
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and product costing concepts
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Infor, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems and compressed air accessories will be an added advantage
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare product cost sheets (material, labor, overheads, freight, duties, etc.)
- Calculate standard/actual costs and analyze cost variances
- Update costing for new products, BOM, and process/design changes
- Support pricing, quotations, margin, and profitability analysis
- Identify cost reduction and optimization opportunities
- Monitor cost deviations and support make-vs-buy decisions
- Maintain costing data in ERP/SAP/Oracle/Excel systems
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and audit support
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Sales teams
- Support management in pricing reviews and strategic decisions
