Role Overview
PaRa Music is looking for YouTube Executives to support the management and optimisation of our music and entertainment channels. The role will focus on YouTube CMS operations, content uploads, metadata management, and supporting channel growth.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Upload and manage videos on YouTube using CMS and channel backend tools.
ā¢ā ā Ensure accurate metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
ā¢ā ā Assist in asset linking, rights management, and content organisation within YouTube CMS.
ā¢ā ā Support Content ID operations including claims monitoring and basic dispute handling.
ā¢ā ā Monitor video performance using YouTube Analytics and share regular reports.
ā¢ā ā Work closely with content and marketing teams to schedule releases and uploads.
ā¢ā ā Maintain content libraries and ensure proper cataloguing of music and entertainment assets.
ā¢ā ā Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and platform best practices.
Experience Required
ā¢ā ā 1ā3 years of experience in YouTube channel management or digital content operations.
ā¢ā ā Basic knowledge of YouTube CMS, metadata optimisation, and platform workflows.
ā¢ā ā Experience working with music labels, media companies, or entertainment platforms preferred.
ā¢ā ā Strong attention to detail and understanding of digital content management.
