About the RoleWe are looking for an Executive – Vendor Management to support vendor outreach, communication, and database operations under the guidance of our Senior Vendor Manager.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in vendor management. Candidates with a background in recruitment will be highly preferred. The role involves bulk hiring, resource management, communication, and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with resources such as translators, proofreaders, and localization specialists
- Assist in vendor communication and relationship management
- Maintain and update vendor details in internal databases
- Support resource allocation based on project requirements
- Assist the Senior Vendor Manager with performance tracking and administrative tasks
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of translation/localization processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Flexibility with working hours is essential, as international projects may require availability across different time zones
