Job Title: Executive – Execution & Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive fresher to support execution and operational activities. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in day-to-day operational and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of operational and compliance-related tasks
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
- Manage safe custody, filing, and tracking of important documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval
- Maintain records, logs, and inventory using MS Excel
- Monitor document movement and ensure proper tracking
- Support the preparation and verification of operational documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports
- Track task status and follow up for timely closure
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to internal processes and guidelines
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including audit support
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / CS (Pursuing or Qualified) / LLB / MBA (Finance/Operations)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
