Role Description
Experienced Administration professional to manage and streamline office operations, ensure compliance, and support organizational efficiency. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and administrative expertise to maintain a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design, implement, and monitor office administration policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
o Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities for new employees
o Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment
o Supervise housekeeping staff and office assistants for smooth daily operations
o Coordinate arrangements for meetings, events, guest visits, and official gatherings
o Ensure timely courier dispatches and deliveries as per agreed SLAs
o Maintain relationships with building management, vendors, and external agencies
o Ensure all office equipment (ACs, lights, telephones, etc.) are functioning properly
o Plan and manage office seating layouts and workspace optimization
o Monitor administrative budgets, control costs, and manage overhead expenses
o Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
o Handle data card allocation and usage tracking
o Coordinate video conferences, board meetings, and related logistics
o Oversee upkeep of common areas such as sourcing and PR rooms
o Liaise with external authorities and vendors for permissions and services.
· Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in corporate administration or office management
