Role Purpose

To coordinate day-to-day administrative operations at the corporate office and our manufacturing units, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, vendor services, employee support services, and administrative compliance.

Key Responsibilities


Office Facilities & Infrastructure Management

  • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure including electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with service providers.
  • Monitor office cleanliness, washroom hygiene, and overall workplace maintenance.
  • Manage septic tank maintenance and other infrastructure-related services.


Housekeeping & Office Supplies

  • Supervise housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the corporate office.
  • Procure and maintain adequate stock of housekeeping materials and office stationery.
  • Ensure proper utilization and monitoring of office supplies.


Vendor & Service Management

Coordinate with vendors for services such as:

  • Office rental management
  • Printer services
  • Transport services
  • Pest control
  • Communication services
  • Maintain vendor records, agreements, and service schedules.
  • Verify and process monthly bills related to administrative services.


Utility & Consumables Management

  • Manage procurement and supply of office consumables such as milk and drinking water.
  • Monitor usage and ensure timely replenishment.


Security & Access Control

  • Coordinate with security staff to ensure safety and access control at the corporate office.
  • Manage employee ID card issuance and access permissions.
  • Oversee parking arrangements within office premises.


Communication Devices Management

  • Monitor and issue official mobile phones, SIM cards, and data cards across locations.
  • Maintain records of device allocation and usage.


Event & Employee Engagement Support

Coordinate office events and celebrations such as:

  • New Year celebrations
  • Diwali celebrations
  • Employee birthday celebrations
  • Other special events and gatherings.


Administrative Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain administrative reports including:

  • Driver attendance
  • CCTV monitoring reports
  • Bus timings
  • Commercial vehicle records
  • Forklift utilization reports.
  • Maintain administrative MIS and ensure proper documentation.


Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain administrative files and records systematically.
  • Ensure proper documentation and retrieval of administrative records.


Systems & Tools

  • Microsoft Excel for administrative tracking and reports.
  • ERP systems for administrative transactions and record keeping.
  • KEKA HRMS for employee-related administration coordination.


Skills Required

  • Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and administrative documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and HRMS systems.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.


Other Requirements

  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and ability to travel locally when required.
  • Willingness to be available for urgent administrative support when needed.


The responsibilities mentioned above are indicative in nature. The employee may be required to perform other duties assigned by the organization as per operational requirements.


Experience Level: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply. Prior relevant experience is not mandatory; candidates with a strong interest in the role are encouraged to apply.


Proximity Requirement: Candidates should preferably reside within a 10 km radius of the Corporate Office located at Hitech City to ensure timely availability.


Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be preferred.


Availability: The role may require flexibility in working hours to support administrative operations and urgent requirements when necessary.
