Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
Test user flows for client products across various platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) and browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.)
Work with Client quality leads to provide member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security.
Identify bugs/friction and report issues with priority, reproducible steps, videos/screenshots, and error codes.
Execute test cases (checklist) based on product specs and member behaviour.
Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behaviour and test coverage.
Be able to estimate the level of effort and have high attention to detail.
Experience to publish basic quality reports, Charts and data check using MS-Excel
Training Insight & Analysis
Owning and sharing the process update to all in the project and arranging training & coaching sessions
Identifying bottom performers & create coaching plans
Participating and arranging training Feedback & Calibration sessions
Create training plans for fresh / new updates
Identify learning opportunities.
