Job Profile – Executive - Technical Support

The Technical support executive plays a valuable role by being the true face of the organization. The role is a client facing role. The sole responsibility of the technical support executive is to ensure an amazing customer experience. The profile requires the executive to work with a customer first approach and

become the customer’s representative internally. The profile requires the incumbent to be inherently proactive and responsive.

Job Responsibility

The responsibilities are as below but are not limited to:

• Resolving staff-generated technical issues related to our ATS platform and troubleshooting to ensure seamless productivity.
• Testing and maintaining the functionality of our ATS system.
• Assisting in designing and implementing network configurations specific to our ATS platform.
• Consulting with users to understand their specific software needs for optimal usage of our ATS platform and assisting in placing orders.
• Maximizing the capabilities of our ATS platform by studying technical applications and making recommendations to enhance user experience.
• Testing compatibility of new programs or integrations with our existing ATS platform.
• Gathering data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options for our ATS platform.
• Confirming program objectives and specifications by testing new features or updates, comparing them with established standards, and making necessary modifications.
• Evaluating vendor-supplied software for compatibility with our ATS platform and aligning with user objectives.
• Installing necessary applications required for seamless workflow within our ATS platform.
• Providing training to users on new features and functionality of our ATS platform, both in person and through various tutorial channels such as self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages.
• Conducting regular system testing to maintain the performance and stability of our ATS platform.
• Documenting software updates related to our ATS platform
• Preparing user-friendly operation instructions and reference material to assist users in effectively utilizing our ATS platform.
