Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Support/Lateral Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for support roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support and operational roles
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Perform reference checks and assist with background verification processes
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and key hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially for support hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
