About The Role

  • The Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for strategizing, sourcing, contacting, screening, and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates as per the business requirements. The incumbent will be acting as a strong business and consulting partner, where he/she will partner with the hiring manager for all business lines.
  • The person will report to Lead - Talent Acquisition. The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the internal and external stakeholders across India.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand recruitment requirements and plan strategies considering role dynamics and TAT, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidates against set criteria.
  • Handle volume hiring for frontline sales and service roles within defined TAT and monthly targets.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using channels like referrals, job portals, headhunting, and databases.
  • Manage salary negotiations and the offer generation process.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS/reports for management review.
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline to ensure a positive applicant experience aligned with the employer brand.
  • Use tools like ATS and HRMS and manage the company's career and referral portals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inductions, data management, and reporting.
  • Support technician hiring, onboarding, and related MIS updates.
  • Handle ad hoc recruitment tasks as per business needs.

  • Timely closure of different positions as per TAT
    • Analysing recruitment cost for own portfolio
    • Positions closed each month.
    • Timely submission & 0 errors in candidate documentation
    • Timely updates & 0 errors in reports

    • Should be willing to travel across India on a need basis
