Policybazaar.com is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Mumbai team. If you have a knack for bulk hiring and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
Role Overview
- Position: Executive - Human Resources
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site)
- Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)
- Special Requirement: Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring cycles to meet aggressive recruitment targets.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (Job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting).
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for various insurance-related roles.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in Sourcing and Bulk Hiring.
- Language: Must be proficient in Marathi (Speaking and Understanding).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Attributes: High energy levels and the ability to work under pressure.
