Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
- Negotiate salary and close candidates within defined timelines
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT roles specially Networking, Cyber Security etc
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS tools is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience working with corporate hiring teams preferably system integrators
- Exposure to bulk and niche IT hiring
