Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Talent Acquisition located at Kolkata. The Executive will be responsible for
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand the position requirements
- Network with potential candidates via social media / networking events
- Developing a consultant pool
- Maintain repository of profiles from related industry
- Maintain end to end interview and selection procedure
- Ensuring seamless onboarding and induction of new joiners.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting talent
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across different teams and ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition roles is preferred
