Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Talent Acquisition at our Borivali location. The professional will oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, building employer branding initiatives, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Additional duties include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining recruitment tools, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication and Employer Branding skills
- Familiarity with IT Recruitment practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in talent acquisition is advantageous
