Role OverviewAs a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, you will support the organization’s efforts in expanding its global partnerships and client portfolio.
This is a junior role designed for individuals who are keen to build a career in international education, with exposure to client engagement, market research, and business development. You will work closely with senior team members to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the identification of new business opportunities across international universities and education organizations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners across key markets
- Assist in outreach efforts, including initiating conversations and follow-ups with potential clients
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication materials
- Conduct research on institutions, markets, and trends to support business development efforts
- Assist in managing existing client relationships and ensuring consistent engagement
- Track outreach efforts, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
- Coordinate internally with teams to support execution of client requirements
- Participate in meetings and discussions with prospective and existing partners
Educational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Skills & Competencies- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders professionally
- Attention to detail and structured working style
- Interest in international education and global markets

Work Experience2 to 4 years of experience in business development, outreach, or client engagement (experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory)
Additional Requirements- Flexibility to travel, if required
- Willingness to work across different time zones when needed
