Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge with 5–7 years of experience in handling store operations, preferably in the LED lighting or electrical products segment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of lighting products, inventory management systems, and end-to-end store activities including inward, outward, and sales invoicing. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of LED lighting products.
- Handle goods inward and outward processes with proper documentation and verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams for replenishment.
- Operate and update ERP / inventory management systems regularly.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials as per orders.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of all transactions and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the store.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth material flow.
- Supervise store staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably in LED lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of LED lighting products, components, and materials.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes.
- Experience in handling goods inward, outward, and dispatch activities.
- Knowledge of sales invoicing, billing, and related documentation.
- Experience in stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store operations independently and handle a team.
