Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Executive/Sr. Executive in B2B Field Sales and Servicing. The selected candidate will represent IndiaMART, engage with clients, and ensure growth in their business through the company’s platform. Responsibilities include acquiring new business clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing demonstrations of the platform, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent support. You will also help clients maximize their presence on the platform and achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, client acquisition, and client servicing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in market research to identify business opportunities
- Capability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and training sessions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and a solid understanding of maintaining customer data
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, on-field environment
- Any prior experience in the B2B e-commerce domain is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
