Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive/Sr. Executive - Holidays. The role involves designing and promoting travel packages for domestic and international destinations, customer interactions to understand travel preferences, managing bookings and travel arrangements, and providing post-booking customer support. The position also includes coordination with vendors, destination partners, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the holiday planning and execution process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in travel package creation, itinerary planning, and vendor coordination
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations, tourism products, and travel trends
- Experience with booking tools, systems, and reservation processes
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for managing client requirements
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Prior experience in a travel agency or similar role is preferred
- Relevant certification or a degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
