Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karjat for an Executive/Senior Executive specializing in Front Desk Billing. The selected candidate will manage patient registration, handle billing and payment processes, reconcile billing records, address billing inquiries, and ensure accuracy in all transactions. They will also liaise with patients, consultants, and healthcare providers to address billing-related concerns and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining proper documentation and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing processes, including patient registration, billing cycle management, and payment reconciliation.
- Proficiency in using billing software, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with patients, consultants, and team members.
- Problem-solving skills to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting with familiarity in billing workflows is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, with certification in medical billing and coding considered an advantage.
