Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Finance Specialist with strong expertise in SAP FICO and finance transformation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing finance systems, driving ERP enhancements, and ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Chart of Accounts structure ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements
- Drive enhancement and continuous monitoring of finance systems and processes
- Validate and ensure compliance of tax configurations within finance & accounting systems
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve system error logs and discrepancies
- Work on ongoing automation initiatives to improve reporting, controls, and operational efficiency
- Support ERP migration, integration, and implementation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes within ERP
Key Requirements (Must Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module)
- Proven experience in ERP migration and system integration
- Solid understanding of finance & accounting processes within ERP environments
- Expertise in financial reporting, controls, and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification
- M.Com / MBA / Postgraduate in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP finance systems
