Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Client Servicing team, located in Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering presentations, and overseeing account management tasks. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and ensure they receive outstanding service and support.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in day-to-day coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Support the creation of event decks, proposals, and reports.
- Be on-ground during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Take ownership of small projects and internal accounts.
- Attend client meetings, record requirements, and document feedback.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and escalate issues proactively.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years’ experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive teamwork attitude with solid problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the events industry is a plus.
