We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Affiliate Sales with
2–3 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns on
CPS and CPA models across worldwide (WW) markets, with a proven ability to scale performance and optimize ROI.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
high-energy Affiliate Sales professional who can
hunt, onboard, and activate quality affiliates across multiple verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
outreach, relationship building, and revenue-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high-quality affiliates (media buyers, influencers, publishers, performance marketers)
- Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and affiliate communities
- Drive affiliate activation → revenue generation → scaling
- Build and manage a strong affiliate pipeline aligned with business goals
- Pitch relevant offers based on affiliate traffic type, GEO, and niche
- Track affiliate performance and optimize for revenue growth
- Maintain accurate data in CRM (Zoho/Trackier) with zero data gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams (Advertiser Growth, Ops) for campaign alignment
- Ensure quick turnaround (24–48 hrs) on affiliate communication and activation cycles
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- Affiliate ecosystem (publishers, networks, traffic sources)
- Performance marketing models (CPS, CPL, CPA)
- Excellent skills in:
- Outreach & negotiation
- Relationship building
- Sales conversion mindset
- Ability to identify high-potential affiliates & scale them
- Comfortable with targets, revenue ownership, and fast-paced execution
- Prior experience with affiliate networks preferred
