Role Description
Design, implement, and enforce processes, quality standards, and escalation control mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery, zero-defect execution, and Customer Delight.
🔧 What You’ll Drive
- Define & implement end-to-end processes
- Drive quality standards & zero-defect execution
- Lead Root Cause Analysis & CAPA for recurring issues
- Handle customer escalations with ownership
- Training & Capability Building - Train teams & enforce process discipline
- Systems & Process Automations
🎯 Who Should Apply
- 1–3 years in Manufacturing / Process Excellence/Operational Excellence / QMS
- Strong in SOPs, RCA, CAPA, QMS
- Can work with the team, solve problems, and deliver outcomes
