Job Description
This role is intended to increase Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited’s brand visibility and ensure inclusion of Gold Plus products (Clear, Reflective, and Silvoxy Mirror ranges) in BOQs, specifications, and approved vendor lists of Architects, Consultants, and Government bodies, thereby supporting the project sales team in faster project closures. The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Key Result Area:
- Meet leading architects, consultants, PMCs, and government departments.
- Present product range, certifications, and technical credentials.
- Get Gold Plus included as 'approved make' in tender/BOQ/specifications.
- Create and maintain database of top architects, consultants, and key govt engineers.
- Regular follow-ups & relationship management.
- Share project specifications with Project Sales team in time.
- Coordinate for samples, mock-ups, and follow-up meetings.
- Conduct CPD/technical presentations for architects & consultants.
- Liaison with CPWD, PWD, MES, NBCC, etc. Manage documentation and technical submissions for product approvals.
- Track competitor brands in ongoing and upcoming specifications.
- Provide insights to marketing and sales team.
- Work closely with Project Sales, Marketing, and technical teams for specification strategy.
Qualifications
- B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) and B.Arch degree.
- Fresher and Experience both candidates are welcome.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- MS Office and CRM experience is preferred
- Self-driven, technically sound, persuasive, and aligned with Gold Plus values.
Salary Budget: up to 5.5 LPA
