We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Sous Chef / Chief Culinarian to support and lead our culinary operations at Grand Estancia, Salem.
Position: Executive Sous Chef / Chief Culinarian
Location: Grand Estancia, Salem (On-site)
Experience: Overall 10 years in hotel kitchens with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining
- Curate menus aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Train and guide the culinary team, ensuring smooth coordination and productivity
- Monitor inventory, food cost control, and kitchen efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Strong expertise in multi-cuisine operations
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in high-volume operations
