Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content plan to showcase women entrepreneurs and project milestones.
- Create and manage engaging content — including posts, write-ups, IEC materials, short videos, and reels — for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Capture and document success stories, field activities, and impact narratives from project sites.
- Design simple graphics, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with organizational branding.
- Coordinate with field teams to collect photos, quotes, and stories for digital dissemination.
- Support and train women entrepreneurs in managing their own social media pages to enhance visibility of their enterprises.
- Track analytics, monitor engagement, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field like communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital content creation (NGO/development sector experience preferred).
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills (in English and Hindi).
- Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Canva, etc.).
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within North India for field documentation.
Salary
Salary will be in the range of Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
