Executive / Sr. Executive-Sales -Transportation & Logistics

📍 Locations: Nagpur / Indore

Role & responsibilities

• Identify potential markets for growth within the transportation industry, leveraging expertise in full truck load (FTL) and part truck load (PTL) services.

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, freight partners, and corporate customers.

•Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.

•Negotiate pricing and service agreements to meet profitability targets.

•Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

•Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

•Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

•2-7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales role with a focus on B2B transactions.

•Bachelors or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

•Proven experience as a Sales Executive in transportation, logistics, or freight services.

•Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

•Knowledge of transportation regulations, routes, and pricing structures..

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

•Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention in the logistics/transportation sector.
