Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for the role of Executive / Senior Executive - Offline Sales. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s logistics solutions. The role also involves conducting in-person meetings, providing product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services offered.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong ability in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client requirements and concerns
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or eCommerce industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is recommended
