We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional to support market research and land evaluation initiatives. The role requires the ability to work independently and contribute to data-driven strategic decisions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 3–6 years of experience who can independently manage market research and land evaluation activities. The role demands high integrity, as key business decisions will be driven by the insights and analysis provided.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular site visits to new project launches across key micromarkets
- Develop a strong on-ground understanding of market dynamics, including inventory movement, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer experience
- Track and analyze IPC (International Property Consultants) reports (e.g., JLL, CBRE) to stay updated on market trends and direction
2. Land Evaluation & Product Strategy
- Visit and assess proposed land parcels to evaluate development potential
- Analyze surrounding competition and prepare detailed evaluation reports
- Provide insights on achievable pricing, demand trends, and recommended product mix based on market intelligence
3. Strategic Inputs
- Leverage market insights to recommend optimal product mix and positioning for upcoming projects
