Lead Generation & Sourcing: Prospect and source new gold loan customers through open-market outreach, cold calling, and local BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing.
Local Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing activities (e.g., leaflet distribution, local market visits, and community engagement) within a 3–5 km radius of the branch.
Customer Acquisition: Educate potential borrowers on product features, interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, and repayment terms.
On-site Support: Travel to customer locations or branches to assist with KYC verification, documentation, and the smooth processing of loans.
Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor rates, evaluate local market trends, and provide regular feedback to branch management.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
